Direct Placement : In a direct placement method, the parameters of short listing candidates are taken from the client and the candidates sourced accordingly. A fixed sourcing fee is charged from the client and a minimum guarantee is given for replacement if the candidate leaves under the guarantee period.
Manpower deployment : In a manpower deployment method, the parameters are given by the client for recruitment and sourced accordingly. Here the candidates would be on the payroll of DM and deployed to client location. DM HR monitors each and every candidates role and motivates him with performance allowances, regular increments, incentives etc, apart from educational sponsorships, travel support etc. In DM we feel that regular motivation not only enhances the candidate’s existence under the company, but also increases productivity and Lifestyle to a great extent.
